Dreamer had also noticed Prying eyes watching them, eavesdropping on their conversation. If they continued, suspicious would defiantly rise of Dreamer talent in music. Dreamer didn't want people believing it was him magic playing the music when it was him. He wanted to leave, but also didnt want to let go of his secret so easily.
Smith must have seen his conflicted face because he walked over and took their glasses. "I Think you've had enough for one night Dreamer, get some air", he made it seem like Dreamer had become drunk from excess drinking. Dreamer opened his mouth, then closed it and nodded. Dreamer helped Casalynn out of her chair with his hand and pushed it back in, walking her outside.
As they were walking through the door Dreamer could hear, "And don't you go Forgetting about our bet boy!" the voice was too comical to be anyone but Smith. Dreamer shuddered as the memory of it hit him.

Casalynn's eyes followed the bartender as he came and took their drinks away. She smiled politely at him gestering a 'thank you' before dreamer kindly helped her out of her chair. As soon as she stepped outside she could feel the fresh, cooling air hit her skin and cool her immediatly. The smell of ale had now vanished and instead the smell of a recently extinguished fire took up residence. She drew in another breath of air before turning round to look at dreamer.
Casalynn had not noticed what a nice day it was, and now darkness was beginning to creep in. She could almost see the moon hidden behind wispy clouds, lighting up the now dark atmosphere. She smiled contently, not wanting this beautiful night to end.
"Wow, what a nice night. Would you like to walk with me?" Casalynn asked in hope. She was rather hoping his response would be yes, as going home now would only spoil her evening. She had no idea where they would walk to if he agreed; she would do what she normally did. Whenever she wanted to get away, she always went on a long walk that often lasted for hours on end. She would walk to nowhere in particularly and just went wherever her feet carried her; that was often the fun way to do things. As Casalynn waited anxiously for his answer, she subconsciously tucked her hair behind her ears and took another glance towards the brightly-lit moon.

Dreamer took a glance at Casalynn before returning his eyes forward. He couldn't help letting out a sigh of relief, not to loud, at the assumption that she had not heard what the bartender said. Unfortunately, now that he thought about it, the rest of the bar must have heard him. Oh the things they must be thinking, Dreamer didn't want to imagine what the people believed the bet was about. He also prayed Smith wasn't a man to bet and tell.
Wow, what a nice night. Would you like to walk with me?
When he looked at back at Casalynn, shaken from his own thoughts, he smiled and nodded. He took a spot at her side and walked when she began to walk. She had a tendency to look up at the moon, he noticed. He took a gaze for a moment, and then back down, waiting for Casalynn to begin the conversation, if any.

Casalynn began walking in a northly direction although not too sure where the path in which they were walking took them. She was just simply placing one foot in front of the other and seeing where they came out at. She hoped that Dreamer didn't mind too much about getting lost as that was bound to happen sooner or later. Casalynn did not know the ins and outs of Camelot so well and she highly doubted that he would either. Casalynn would simply let on that she knew exactly where she was going although that always spoiled the fun.
A smile rose on Casalynn's face as she thought about the last time that she had done this. She ended up being stranded on the banks of some river, miles away from Camelot. In the end it took her twice as long to walk back to the place she had started. Luckily she had brought her horse along with her so the process took a lot quicker than it may have done in any other circumstances.
Casalynn walked through a small opening in which lead them to the forest; a place she loved to stroll through when it got dark. There was something about the forest that seemed to transform at night time and become ten times as dangerous as in the day time. She knew that there may be a small chance of accidentally 'bumping' into danger but that was apart of the fun. Plus this would be one of the rare occasions that she was allowed out and had control over what she did and what she didn't do.
"So, why do people call you Dreamer? I'm assuming that isn't your real name?" Casalynn said curiously, smiling at him to encourage his answer.

Dreamer walked alongside Casalynn, trusting that she knew where she was going. He actually didn't feel nervous until they started to depart from the Castle walls. He wanted to ask where they were going, but she kept reassuring him that she knew where they were going.
The walk was nice, the air fresher and the smells of nature surrounding them. He had almost forgot what it was like to walk on an open road. Of course, he had to realize they were walking into a forest. He heard about the area, it was supposed to hold many dangerous magical creatures. He was always curious about following the path into the forest, but something always seemed to come up and take his time.
It was good to be Free
So, why do people call you Dreamer? I'm assuming that isn't your real name?
"In a sense it is my real name" he said, giggling. He had often run into the same question throughout his stay in Camelot. "It it my given name from my people, my caravan, they said i could make people see and feel as i wish through my "gifts"giving them my Dream's".
Dreamer giggled at that too, it was an absurd concept. He couldn't give Dreams to people, at least he didn't think he did, people tended to over-exaggerate his abilities.

It was quite hard for Casalynn to wrap her head around the concept that Dreamer was presenting to her. All this talk of gifts, abilities and dreams made her all that more confident that she had infact heard him talking about being in the magicians guild. She still hadn't quite worked out how to ask him and maybe it was a bit early on in the relationship to do that. Casalynn was certainly hoping that this would not be the last time she saw Dreamer as she was taking a certain liking to him. But for now she would make the most of her free time.
As Casalynn began to walk deeper and deeper into the forest, she noticed how dark and eerie it was becoming. She soon began to regret her decision of taking a stroll into the forest but it was too late to turn back now. The sounds of howls and growls of unknown creatures entered her ears and caused the hairs on the back of her neck to stand up. She took a nervous side glance to Dreamer to see if he had heard the same noise as she had. "What was that?" She whispered silently, her eyes scanning her surroundings for the creature that was making all the noises.
Casalynn heard the sound of snapping twigs come from somewhere behind Dreamer and her. The sound of snarling grew louder still and only now she had realized that she had made the fatal mistake of leaing her sword back at home. Cass suddenly felt incredibly vulnerable without the aid of her weapon and she was completely usless at using her magic so had nothing to rely on.
Turning round to face the beast that confronted them, she felt a sudden gasp of horror as she looked at the creatures face. The beast had the face of a lion yet the body and wings of an eagle accompanied with the tail of that of the big cat. The creature towered above the two, standing tens of feet higher than them. Her heart began to hammer across her chest and a sudden burst of adreniline pumped through her body. "What do we do?!" Casalynn whispered frantically, looking around for some sort of escape route.

Dreamer had a terrible feeling as they ventured deeper into the dark forest. It was murky, and darkness rained all to easily around them. He wanted to conjure a light so bad, but he didn't want to expose himself to Casalynn. He had exposed himself once, but that was for a good reason, he would not do it again unless needed.
Funny how soon that time came.
Dreamer heard snapping, and a low rumble of growling send shivers down his back. He almost didn't turn his body, mostly out of fear for what he didn't want to see. He saw Casalynn move though, and she couldn't face whatever it was alone.
Then again, he hadn't expected to see what he did
A large beast he didn't want to have to describe to himself. It was ferocious, with a look of murder in its eyes. They must have trespassed in its territory and mistook them for hunters. Dreamer wished he had a sword, even if he didn't know how to use it. At least then, he would have something to defend them with.
Technically he did though, that was the problem.
There lives were in danger and Dreamer still felt worried about giving away his secret. His hands started to get sweaty as he reached out and grasped Casalynn's out of fear. He started to back up and Bring Casalynn with him. Unfortunately, for every one step they took the beast took two.
There was only one option
"Crap" Dreamer said aloud, he stepped forward, causing the beast to look at him cautiously. "Close your eyes quick and don't open them until i say run" Dreamer whispered it once and only once. He was serious, Fear driving his voice to desperate tone.
Dreamer didn't wait, he had done this spell before and remembered what to do. Closing his eyes, he sang.
Flash of Light In this misty night Take away the sight To avoid its fight
A burst of light erupted, catching the beast off guard. It reared up in pain before charging blindly at them. "RUN!" Dreamer screamed, not even waiting he pulled Casalynn along with him. The beast almost hit them, missing by inches, and ran past them as they sped in the opposite direction back from where they came.

Casalynn still couldn't believe the great beast that stood before them. She had never seen such a sight and it was mind blowing. Cass was unsure what to do as they had no means of fighting this beast and surely nothing that they had to hand was a match for this creature. Twigs and stones were there only means of defense and surely throwing these would only anger it further. Running wasn't much of an option either as that thing looked twice as fast as they were. Being eaten alive was not exactly her ideal way to die.
Casalynn clutched onto Dreamers hand as he offered and began to walk in step with him, going slowly backwards one foot at a time. She hoped the beast would simply get bored and realize that they were no threat except that would be lucky and she really wasn't a very lucky person. As they both stepped back she saw the creature was still stalking them and advancing on them much quicker than they were getting away. Her breathing doubled and she struggled to find a way out of this dangerous situation.
"Close your eyes quick and don't open them until i say run"
Casalynn did as he asked and closed her eyes. She thought this was an odd request yet followed without question. She recognised the desperation in his voice and slowly blinked into darkness. It was quite frightening to be enclosed in darkness not knowing what was happening but she still had Dreamers hand in hers which offered her some comfort.
She heard Dreamer say something although she couldn't quite hear through the wind which was rapidly wipping through the trees. Casalynn had never truly felt fear like this before and it was something she didn't want to relive anytime soon. Without Dreamer here she really didn't know what she would have done.
"RUN!"
Casalynn felt Dreamer pull her along as he rapidly made a retreat from the creature inwhich was now searing in pain. She couldn't add up what had just happened although she swore she could have seen a bright light erupt from where Dreamer was standing although at that very moment in time it really didn't matter.
Cass ran as fast as she could although she was finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with him. She had no idea if they were still being followed although she was concentrating hard on avoiding the obstacles that stood in her path. A lone twig entangled itself in her foot and before she knew it she was staring at the floor. After quickly recovering herself she stood back up and began hobbling after Dreamer, who she found, was an incredibly fast runner compared to the likes of her.
Ow she recieted in her head over and over again as she fought to catch up with Dreamer. A searing pain shot through her ankle although the adreniline was enough to cancel out the pain. She took hold of Dreamers hand and hoped he didn't mind too much that she was doing so. "Wow, your a quick runner" She said breathlessly, not daring to turn round to see if they were alone or not. "Did we loose it?" She whispered still trying to keep up with Dreamer.

Dreamer didn't know when he had lost Casalyn, or exactly how he managed to do it. All he remembered was that he ran as fast as he could, trying to hold onto her, and when he stopped and planted his back against the tree, she was gone. He started quietly freaking out, looking around frantically. He turned around and saw her, he could have cried he was so happy.
She caught up to him, and he assumed she must have fell. She had dirt all over her clothes and leaves in her hair. She didn't seem to mind, which was rather intelligent considering the situation they were currently in. He took her hand and they started running again, although he noticed she seemed rather sluggish.
He didn't need to know at that moment, they were running for their lives.
Wow, your a quick runner.Did we loose it?
Her words were whispered, but he could still hear her over the sound of their crunching feet. He ignored the compliment and decided not to turn around, and instead kept a steady pace that Casalynn could keep up in. He held her hand tightly so that he wouldn't lose her again.
They ran to the edges of the forest and beyond until they hit the road that led back to Camelot. That is where Dreamer finally stopped and turned, his eyes scanning for a beast that wasn't there. He breathed in a sigh of relief, and then let his body drop so that he was laying down on his back, panting.

((Apologies for the delay! ;D))
Casalynn realized how much of a state she must look. Covered in leaves and dirt; not exactly the most attractive look in the world yet when running for your life, what you looked like didn't exactly matter. She panted heavily, scared that the beast may catch up to them or pounce out at them unexpectatly. She was tempted to turn around, yet feared of falling or loose Dreamer again. As long as she kept hold of his hand then that wasn't likely to happen. She felt oddly safe in his grasp and the traces of fear seemed to slowly disappear. She hardly noticed how far they had ran, and that they were already nearly out of danger. The sight of Camelot Castle confirmed they were nearly out of the forest.
When Dreamer stopped she took the opportunity to glance around to see if they were still being followed. To her relief there were no signs that the creature was there and seemed to have disappeared completely. She guessed it must have gave up it's hunt when it saw they were getting away. She watched Dreamer as he dropped to the floor in relief and it didn't take long for her to follow. She smiled in relief and swiftly broke hands with Dreamer as she realized it was no longer appropriate. Casalynn shook of her rosy cheeks and sighed happily.
"That was close, we were nearly dinner for a second then." She said relieved. She turned her head to Dreamer and decided to thank him for saving her life. "Thanks. I don't know what I would have done if you weren't there." She said softly, sitting up and shaking her head of any existing leaves. She wiped the mud and dirt off her cloak and picked leaves out of her hair before casting her mind back to what had happened. She didn't quite know what had gone on, all that she knew was Dreamer had done something that stunned the beast. If this was any other time Casalynn would be sure not to let this go, but just this once she didn't really care. What mattered was that they had got away and she was forever indebted to Dreamer for saving her life.

Dreamer's cheeks grew a little red when he looked at casalyn, both of them turned to eachother on the ground, and she thanked him. He waved off her thank you and turned his face saying,"It must not have been that hungry, thats all". When he felt his face growing less warm, he turned back to see her sitting up.
He too sat up and straightened his back, twisting and stretching it out. When he was finished, he looked around, and found nothing but open terrain and a castle behind them. All in all, he was not a little curious about what they should do. "What now?" he asked, out of all the excitment he was actually waiting for something else to happen.

Casalynn surveyed the stars from her sitting position, basking in the glorious night she would soon be sure to give up to return to another night of uncomfort. The sky was clear, only holding afew wispy clouds scattered across the atmosphere. She drew in a deep breathe to take in the perfect nights air and turned back to look at Dreamer who looked like he wasn't quite ready to give up on the night just yet. Casalynn had no intention of returning home early, so anything else that was worth doing, she had the perfect opportunity to do now. Although nothing immediatly came to mind.
Casalynn had lost complete track of time and had no idea how late into the night it was. From the darkness that was steadily looming on the two, she guessed it was getting late. They had already shared a few drinks in the Ram, she had heard him perform and finally to round the night off they had been chased by some sort of mythical creature and narrowly escaped with their lives. She had had a brilliant time and didn't quite want it to end just yet.
She dropped her body once again and allowed her back to rest against the soft grass before turning her head towards Dreamer. "I don't know. Do you have anything in mind? Although It is getting late and my Guardian will be wondering where I've got off to" She said with a slight look of disappointement etched on her face. Any mention of going home again was enough to dampen her mood somewhat.

Dreamer laid down beside Casalynn as she did, feeling the grass against his clothes. He could feel their shoulders touching, but he didn't mind, and didn't know if Casalynn did or not. It was getting dark, but Dreamer didn't mind at all. He was free, independent, able to make his own choices in life. Unfortunately, it didn't seem he could say the same about Casalynn.
"Guardian?" Dreamer said, "Why do you call this person Guardian?" he asked. It was an odd thing to call someone who cared for you. Dreamer wondered if she was living with a parent or another family member. Dreamer wanted to know about Casalynn. In fact, that one detail she gave spurred his mind into the state of need, he needed to know more.

"Why do you call this person Guardian?"
A flash of sorrow and sadness crossed Casalynn's eyes but was soon gone within an instant. She had never liked talking about her Guardian but she knew the topic would casually stroll across a conversation at some point. After all people were bound to be intrigued and curious as to why she had a guardian and who he was. Normally she would be more reluctant to speak about such personal matters, but because it was Dreamer who had asked her she didn't mind so much. He had told her a bit about his life, it only seemed fair that she did the same.
"I don't have parents, in fact I don't have any family at all. I call him my Guardian because he looks after me. Ever since I arrived at Camelot he offered me a place to stay and I've been there ever since. He doesn't really like me going out though so nights like this are a rather rare occasion for me. It would explain my reluctance to go back"
She said truthfully, choosing not to tell him the whole story though. Somehow she doubted he would believe how she had lost all memories before waking up in Camelot after having no memory of how she had got there in the first place. Plus that her guardian was an over-protective physcopath, constantly living in fear that someone would find out about the things he did. She knew she could confide and trust in Dreamer as she doubted he would tell anyone so she knew her secrets were safe with him.

Dreamer listened and watched the stars. He started to think as she explained her situation, and only one thing could be brought to mind. "Then leave" he said plainly, he rolled onto his elbow so he can look down at her as she laid down. "If he isn't family, then he doesn't have claim on you, it seems as if your more of a prisoner".
Dreamer waited a moment as she thought before offering, "You can at least see if you enjoy freedom" he didn't mean offense by that, "You can stay with me for the night, i can take the floor and u can take the bed" He smiled. He wanted nothing more than to help Casalynn at the moment. "Don't worry, i can protect you" he finally said, his smile still shining down on her.
