Much of Mercia's coastline consists of high jagged cliffs, with a steep drop to the sea below. The sea has eroded the coastline for hundreds of years leaving interesting formations and caves. There are myths that beasts dwell in these caves.

There is a natural harbour alongside the city of Mercia, it is the reason for the city's initial location. The harbour is a centre of trade and always busy. Everyday is like market day.

The coastal city of Mercia, and its surrounding area, is ruled over by Lord Bayard and due to its seaside location is a hub for business and trade. Camelot and Mercia used to be at war, but have since signed a peace treaty.
There is much work to be found here, and the area is fairly affluent.
