plots please!

[Erec de Bellièvre]

Erec would like some plots! He's only just found out he's a noble, and has been sent from his home farm to Camelot court to train for a knighthood. (His mother also hopes he'll marry some rich noblewoman)

So if anyone has a noblewoman he could be awkward around! I also think it'd be good if he spent time with a girl who wasn't a noble because he'd get on well with her but would be torn if he liked her because for his family's sake he has to marry well? Also, anyone who wants to be mean and take advantage of his not understanding to court etc like another knight, or someone in the army he can make friends with and who would show him the ropes

Those are just a few ideas, all welcomed though!!

Haha, I'm sure we can have lots of fun with this! Tristan could be your friend in the army or the one to take advantage of him? I don't really mind, Tristan would do both of those things x]. He's not a knight just yet though but will be incredibly soon.

Well, it is kind of early in the morning, but Imriel could be a friend of his.

One possible idea (which is lossely inspired by the play Triumph of Love) is that he becomes comfortable being friends with Imriel the man, but then Imriel's identity is revealed, probably soon, and since Erec is awkward around girls, that could be pretty funny.

But I'm up for whatever you like or come up with!

Well as far as Noblewoman go, I would have Morgana- not sure exactly how deep you want to throw him into the court quite yet, but perhaps if he were to be introduced to Arthur/Uther they could then turn around and introduce him to Morgana?

[Avaris Malvallet]

Avaris is sort of the opposite, but very much in the same position. She is of noble birth, but after her parents death became sort of a rouge wanderer. She isn't well with people, and most likely has never been approached by a man. It would definitely be an interesting encounter. Maybe...something more

These all sound like great ideas

Tristan- I think maybe at first they could not get on because Tristan sees Erec as a bit below him and backward,especially if he's a knight by then, but they gradually become good friends?

Imriel- Maybe the opposite, they could get on very well initially and then when Imriel is revealed a woman Erec can feel all awkward around her?

Morgana- I think you'd be the perfect noblewoman for Erec to be shy and unrefined around! He'd be in awe of her beauty/rank and would probably have no idea how to speak to her!

Avaris- I reckon our characters would make for some interesting RP, maybe they could meet by fighting together or something? Erec would be more comfortable around Avaris if he doesn't realise she's a noble. Perhaps he could keep his noble identity hidden for a bit as well, if they meet in a situation outside of the castle- so she gets to know Erec the farmboy.

I plan on finishing my thread with Elizabeth, and signing up to the army, then I'll PM you guys about setting something up?

[Maelanthes 'Veredus' Tyrell]

I'd like to throw Erec and Veredus together and see what happens - she doesn't really trust anyone and she's usually extremely conservative in the way she dresses. She usually dresses like a guy and she could pass for a girly one, so maybe he can mistake her for one?
Veredus is a peasant but she can read and write so maybe she could teach him to do that? I think most nobles will tease him if they find out he can't xD
