I myself am a sucker for the original Arthurian legend, so I should say Arthur/Gwen, but I dont know. Something about it just....doesnt sit right with me in the series. Ironic.
Anyways, other than that, it would have to be Arthur/Merlin because come on! If those two look at each other anymore the room is going to catch on fire!

I also am writing a fanfiction right now, shipping Arthur and Merlin.

I'd link to mine, but it's nowhere near done, and I hate reading half complete ones. I don't think mine is even near half.
I read a Merlin / Medraut (Mordred) one. That was just odd. I mean, they un-canoned Medraut, and made him Merlin's age, but still.
And some modern!Merlin/Arthur stories are good, but not as magical as the Canon!Reality ones are.
