Name: Casalynn Laymont
Sex: Female
Appearance: Height/Weight; Casalynn has never been one of the tallest, or smallest people in the world, she just nicely sit in the middle. But leans towards the smaller side. All through her years she has slightly lagged behind people in their height, yet she was always told good things come in small packages. She has always hated people taller than her, who think they are above other people because of their height. It always used to greatly frustrate her when she couldnt reach the bottle on the top shelf, but she knew she would grow up one day. She currently stands at about 5 foot 4 and doubts she would grow anymore.
Casalynn is not fat, but neither is she thin, same as her height she fits nicely in the middle. But leans to the more skinny side. She does take care for her weight, but sees no need to work out or attempt to loose weight. She's a very active person, and never sits around lazying about. Well not unless she's ill. To this day she weighs at around 120 lbs, and stays consitent of this weight.
Eyes; Eyes can be the most striking feature to a person. They can portray so much in a simple glance, and can say so much about someone; and Casalynn is no exception. Her eye colour is a striking blue pretty simple and ordinary yet always seems to holds peoples gaze whenever she looks at them. She inherited her eye colour from her mother, and people say the resemblance to her and her mother are so much alike.
Hair/Style; Casalynn has dark brown hair, and she is a natural Brunette. She can mainly be seen with it curly and down, rather than up or straight, but on some rare occasions she would do this. Such as special gatherings, weddings or something of the sort. She likes to take pride in her appearance, so she tries her best to maintain her looks. And in her eyes, the hair makes the person. Her hair is round about middle length, reaching just below her shoulders. She has never recoloured it in her life, and only rarely changes her hair style if she wants to change herself. Over the years she has lived, her hair has mainly stayed the same, yet has had the odd change. Cass's hair is naturally straight, and even when wet it doesnt turn curly. Ever since she was younger, she had always wished that her hair would be curly for this is the way she prefers it.

Character History: Casalynn was born to a loving family with a mother, father and brother. Up until the age of 8 most was normal with her life with little excitement really to be discussed. 3 weeks after her 8th birthday her mother developed a serious illness which disabled her from moving normally meaning every little day-time task she needed help with. It was normally Casalynn who took care of her mother whilst her father worked but that soon changed when her father passed away. When her father died, that left only Daniel and Casalynn to take care of her mother which meant no money was being earned. This meant her twin brother Daniel was forced to go out and earn a living.
This was mainly how life went on for the next few years and up until the Age of 10 Casalynn was still looking after their mother. The next door neighbour Robert often offered to lend a hand in the caring of Aurora and the longer the length of time he spent with her the deeper the two fell in love. Robert was the main father figure in their life and it didn't take long for him to move in permanently. This gave Casalynn a break from being carer and gave her the opportunity to live the years she had spent looking after her mum.
When Casalynn turned 13 she noticed things change. She had never exhibited magic before but all of a sudden things were beginning to become apparant. Whenever she got angry plates would smash, when she got upset gusts of wind tore through the house yet the weather outside remained normal. She struggled to make sense of what was going on and never knew the full extent of what her abilities could do and couldn't quite find the words to ask or tell anyone about what she could do.
One bitter cold winters day, she returned home after a day of riding through the mountains. She noticed her home had been raided and furniture and personal belongings were scattered all across the floor. Pools of blood littered her home and doors hung of their hinges. It was not the dead lifeless body of her mother that scared her most, but the sorcerer who stood in the corner of her room turning her life upside down. He held her against the wall with a firm hand gripping her neck and the crooked smile of his was the last thing she could remember before the fire tore its way through her house.
Months later she found herself lying unconscious on the ground in Camelot, miles away from her home village. She had no recollection over what had happened and could barely even remember her own name. All her thoughts and memories had been erased from her mind and she could no longer remember anything about her past life. Her mother, father and brother had been forgotten and she was left to build the foundations of a new life in Camelot and start her life all over again. The only thing she had on her when she came round was a note displaying her name and the words 'Danger' written on a peice of paper.
Additional Information:
Her family:
Aurora Rose Laymont
Aurora was Casalynn's and Daniels mum. She was an incredibly kind and caring mother, who devoted almost every minute of her life into caring for her children. She'd often work day and night in order to keep them fed and healthy but once she developed her 'illness' this was no longer possible. Aurora was completely pure of heart and a perfect role model for her children to follow. Sadly she passed away when the house in which they lived caught fire and she was unable to move to get herself out.
Roderick Rodriguez Laymont
Casalynn never knew her father. He was killed when she and her brother were only 8 years old. He worked as a Knight for most of his life, and met his end in this way. He had been called out to a robbery as emergency back up, so he went, no questions asked. The day of her fathers death was something she had always remembered becuase it was the day of her and Daniels birthday. They were just in the middle of cutting the cake when she got a very memorable visit from a fellow knight. Her mother answered, to hear her husband had been stabbed several times in the stomach and twice in the head. She never told her children what really happened, simply telling them that daddy had gone to work up north. And that all that was ever said.
Robert Verseus Archer
Robert, or 'Rob' played dad to Casalynn and Daniel in the absence of their real Father. Aurora soon moved on from Roderick, and had set her eyes upon Robert. The friendly, somewhat strange next door neighbour. He had always looked out for the family, and protected them when things got less than easy. He taught Casalynn how to swim, ride horses and took her to watch the jousting every week just like a real father would have done. He soon moved in with the family, and he slowly began to fill the large gaping hole Roderick had left. Robert was apart of a rather large family and was of noble birth, and most of the family Casalynn never got to meet. She had always regarded him as her father and to this day she is currently unsure whether Robert is alive or dead. Since her mother and Robert split just after they had got married, he was forced to leave upon her mother's request. He was told to show his overwhelming love for her by leaving, and never returning which he did so reluctantly.
Daniel Jake Laymont
Daniel was her brother, her twin and her best friend. He was the only last remaining family member that she had, for her and her brother have both outlived their other members of her family. Casalynn trusted him with her life, and she respected him a great deal. Over the years they had both lived together, they became gradually closer and saw each other as close friends too. They only occasionally had the little sibling squabbles and fights, but soon made up after it. Just like a typical Brother and sister really. She adored him and would go to any lengths to protect him, and she sees it as her oath to look our for him, as she often was the one who brought the most danger into their lives. Due to a major event in her life, she lost contact with him and currently is still trying to track him down.
Sample Roleplay: Casalynn had been staring at the slow moving clock whilst she had had to endure what seemed like hours of English. With her head balanced carefully in her hands, she jolted her head upright when she heard the sound of class being dismissed. She gathered all her books and belongings rapidly and herded them into her bag, throwing it over her shoulder and walking quickly out of the room. She was glad that the next lesson she had was something that she enjoyed. She had always loved Art and from a very young age she had always had a gift with the subject. It was one of those talents that you were either good at or disastrously bad at, and it happened to be something that she was rather good at. One of the reasons why she loved art was becuase it was a great way of being able to express yourself. The same with what some people did with writing or poetry, except instead she liked to paint or draw things.
She watched as herds of people flew past her, all banded in their friendship groups. She dropped her eyes to her feet, slightly disappointed that she hadn't made any friends yet. Even though she had been at Forks for a number of weeks, she had hardly spoken to anyone or made any friends. She hated moving schools, especially when everyone else already had someone to talk to. A feeling of seperation and exclusion swept over her, her eyes following the groups of friends to their classes. A small sigh crept from her mouth and her fast-paced walking slowly turned into a snail-like stroll. Her initial excitement for Art was slowly being replaced by a negative feeling that dampened her mood immediatly.
Casalynn was quite agile and petite, with a slight and slender look to her. She could hardly be called thin, but she wasn't actually the bigger type of person; she just sat nicely in the middle. Casalynn had glowing skin and slightly rosy cheeks accompanied with quite a dark tone. Her eyes were stunning blue, sparkling and shimmering as it caught the light. It was overwhelmingly easy to get lost in her eyes and could almost swallow you up in an instant. Her hair was a chesnut brown, reaching low behind her back. It began to sway as she walked, giving her a more elegant stride as she made her way to her Art class. Casalynn had always liked natural beauty, and liked to put nothing on her face. She hated the way some make up looked, and was a strong believer that you had to be ugly to cake your face in some chemical junk. Her skin remained completely natural, and was of a smooth and even tone.
Casalynn stood outside of her next class, taking in a short breath before going in. She scanned her eyes through the class, looking for her usual seat to see if it was taken. To her relief it wasn't, and she proceeded to go and sit next to the girl she knew as Dani. She had never really talked to her but always thought she had looked like a very nice person to talk to. She looked like one of those people who had hidden secrets, the sort of secrets that were to be told to no one. Casalynn placed her bag gently on the floor, and sat on her seat gracefully listening to the teacher as she spoke. She nodded as they were told to finish the peice they had been working on, and Casalynn got to work immediatly. She looked at her artwork infront of her, very proud at how it had turned out to far.
Casalynn had always had a gift with animals, and she loved to paint them. This certain peice was of a wolf at full moon. Her mother used to tell her horror stories when she was young, about werewolves that transformed when the moon was full. The stories used to amaze her and sparked up the interest that she had now. She had always loved myths and mythical stories and unlike other children when they were aged 5, the stories that used to send her to sleep were often about magic and wolves rather than princesses and pirates. She smiled as she look at her nearly finished painting, grabbing a paintbrush in her hand and getting ready to carry on and finish it like she had been instructed to.
Casalynn's grip on her paintbrush slipped, and it rolled onto the floor. Her eyes followed the brush as it rolled under Dani's chair. Oh shoot Casalynn muttered in her head, sighing as the paintbrush came to rest directly under where Dani was sitting. Cass got up from her chair and gently tapped Dani on the shoulder, wondering how she could be a un-rude as she could. She smiled slightly and she indicated the paintbrush under her chair.
"Can you grab it for me? I can't reach" She said happily, hoping her observations about the girl would be correct, and she wouldn't just ignore her like everyone else seemed to be doing.
