Name: Arya de Barbarac
Age: Nineteen
Sex: Female
Class:Royalty
Appearance: Arya de Barbarac is a very beautiful woman with a smooth, pale complexion that is not blemished with spots, acne or other. She is 1.72m in height and her weight is no more than 110. She has the palest blue eyes that shine like jewels of high and sometimes decorated with golden jewellery. Arya has quite big, pale pink lips, sometimes dressed in blood red for balls and feasts of celebration. Dark brown locks of curls are draped around and styled to her hair, usually braids that are decorated by her maids. She is usually dressed with a jewel or other on her forehead and in her hair.
Arya doesn't wear much jewellry on her person, except for earrings and two rings. One was from her father when she turned eighteen, and another was her mothers ring that her father had married her with. That ring is a beautiful and huge sapphire in the middle of pure gold. Arya de Barbarac wears beautiful elegant dresses, usualy royal colours like red, peach, purple, and always draped in beads and gems.
Play By: Laura Haddock
Character: Arya is an asset to most people, her loyalty coming first in everything. She is a caring and loving person, thwarted by the evil and brutality that is the world. Arya de Barbarac has much love to give since she had no one left to love, and she needs a person to care for her.
After losing her parents, she feels unloved and unwanted, wishing for more than what she has. She has become distant and disturbed by the past. Arya has no friendship with anyone. She can sometimes lash out at people and take things differently than what they were meant to.
Strengths and Weaknesses: Arya doesn't have many strengths. One may be her loyalty, as she will keep secrets and be discreet, never letting truth slip even if her life depended on it. Another may be that she can spot out most bad guys as she has dealt with much loss in her life. And another can be that she is good at advice, as she has lost and loved, Arya can dish out her thoughts.
Arya can be very malicious and lash out with her feelings hurt. Since her past was destroyed and her title tarnished, she can get very defensive. She is a very bad fighter, with a sword, bow and arrow, or marce, or any other weapon. Arya had not been trained at all by anyone since she was a woman. Another is that Arya can and will do anything for those she loves. Sometimes that can be seen for either strength or weakness, but usually it is bad that she will do for those she loves.
Magic: None
Weaponry Skills: Her father trained her slightly with a sword when she was growing up but other than that, Arya isn't skillful with weapons.
Character History: After twenty eight hours of pain and labour, Amalie de Barbarac bore her husband, Lorenzo de Barbarac, a daughter in pink. Though he was desperate for a male heir as he aged quickly, he was overjoyed to have gained a daughter. Enzo named his daughter Arya, after his twin sister who had drowned when he was four.
Arya de Barbarac grew loving and caring, taking after her father much. Her mother had wished for a son to take over when they became old and too tired, but Telmar was a kingdom with a law that no female, without a male husband, can be Queen. Amalie's hope for a son after Arya was thwarted as she was too old to bear any more children for the King. Though not like most Kings, Enzo did not banish her for a younger maiden as he had loved her since he first set eyes upon her.
One day, her mother and father set sail for another newfoundland across the great sea, and so Arya, aged seventeen, was appointed acting Regent as she waited for them to retern. Sadly, they never would, for Amalie and Enzo de Barbarac had died at sea as their ship sank. Saddened deeply by this news, Arya overthrew the laws and became Queen of Telmar, despite her many Knights and followers leaving for other Kingdoms. Yet Arya vowed to be a great Queen, and follow in her father's footsteps, creating the greatest Kingdom ever heard of.

Sample Roleplay: The Great Hall sat silent as Queen Arya sat upon her fathers old throne and spat out the results to the thieving man that lay on his knees, begging for her to spare his life. This man had been caught stealing from the store rooms, an apple in one pocket and an orange in the other. He claimed to be stealing for his daughter and wife. But the ruthless Queen could not allow thieves to live among her kingdom or everybody would steal. And so the penalty was death. "You were caught stealing from the stock rooms, an apple and an orange. How do you plead?" asked the Queen, Arya sitting straight backed and comfortably with her handmaiden behind her. Her Senntinel stood beside her along with her fathers most trusted combat master, Royland.
The man confessed to his sins and cried out for mercy. But Arya was a Queen of loyalty, never going back on her word. The girl was young, she was inexperienced, but she was beginning to know the toll of being Queen.
"I cannot spare a thief's life for all to see. My people will think I am soft and steal more from my stock. I am an understanding Queen, but thieving is beyond me." she spoke proudly. Thought Arya was not proud of the person she had to be. As a Princess, she was able to help as much as she wanted and take the blame on their behalf. Yet as Queen, she had to sacrafice that life and be barbaric. "Therefore I am saddened to say, that you, Tommen Collins, have been found guilty of stealing from the Queen's Royal stock rooms. The sentence for thievery... is death. Take him away."
