In a land of myth and a time of magic...
It has been some time since the defeat of the immortal army, and the kingdom of Camelot is slowly starting to rebuild, but things have changed. Morgana's betrayal has left Uther a broken man, forcing Arthur to take control of the kingdom. His uncle Agravaine has arrived at Camelot to seemingly support his nephew, but the true reasons for his arrival are far from good. Hiding somewhere in the woods, Morgana and Morgause await the right time to strike and reclaim the throne. With the new knights now living in Camelot, Merlin has some of his closest friends and one of the few people who knows his secret near, helping him in protecting Arthur and the kingdom from the new threats which appear. Their adventures have only just begun. Will you join them and become one of the legendary knights of the round table??
Knights of the round table is brand new forum-based Merlin RP, set in the year between series 3 and 4. We do follow canon, but we're not too strict and will be open to ideas. At the moment most canons, except Gwaine, Merlin and Morgana are open and much needed, though we do allow non-canon characters. We are especially open to other characters from Arthurian legend, but also to original characters. Our plots will include both original adventures and stories based on and inspired by those of the Arthurian legends, adapted into the Merlin universe. All RPers, regardless of experience and familarity with the show and legends are welcome to join.
