Name: Eldon
Age: 28
Sex: Male
Class: Mage
Appearance: Eldon stands at a proud 6,1. Behind his cloak his dark brown hair touches his shoulders which are well built as is the rest of his body. He bears one scar on his face under his left eye, a combat wound from a past adventure he would rather forget. His attire consists merely of his robe accompanied by his travelling bad and wand.
Strengths and Weaknesses: Strong at ranged magical combat and some what stealthy. Weak in physical combat with only cloth armour and poor melee combat skills.
Magic: From a young age, despite being heavily disciplined to the contrary, Eldon has had an interest in dark magic.
Weaponry Skills: Posses's a sword but rarely uses it, only when completely necessary. Opts mostly for a big black wand.
Character History: Growing up in a wealthy family with two older brothers who both excelled in everything they endeavoured grew hard for Eldon. Although coming from a loving family his attention wondered to pursuits not so customary to the standards his family expected of him. Where his brothers mastered swordsmanship and archery, Eldon found his new interests deep within a book discarded by his father and as he grew more distant from his family his interest in the dark arts grew stronger.
Additional Information: Due to his upbringing Eldon is often one to work alone. He finds attachments hard to deal with having only let himself come close to one person in his life but having lost her to a fire, he finds it hard to get close to people.
Sample Roleplay: The Brotherhood is where Eldon set his sights. Not an easy accomplishment by far but one he knew he could succeed in. If only he could impress The Dark Knight into allowing him to join.
As Eldon stood, trembling in the cold of the November rain, these thoughts gathered in his mind yet he was only moments away from the key to succeeding in his goal. And he knew this.
He had successfully navigated to the clearing in the Great Forest rumoured to exist but never confirmed. As he slowly approached the marble pedestal in the dead centre he took a moment to admire the way the sunlight glistened from the surface of the Stone of Asha'ran. A rare gem only ever spoken about but never seen, capable of radically heightening magical powers. His key into the brotherhood.
As he approached, his mind darted between thoughts of his future to deep dark thoughts of terror. How had he gotten this far? Why had he not been challenged? Was it just coincidence that no one had ever recovered this stone before?
Pragmatically suppressing such thoughts that would hinder his progress, he reached out his hand to grasp the stone. As he saw his own reflection in the smooth red surface an ominous sound broke out behind him. He was too close now to just let the stone remain just a myth, swiftly placing it into his pouch. The sound came again. As Eldon turned to head back through the Great Forest, the tall dark figures emerged from the complex weave of shadows ahead of him...
