The troubadours are a group of the finest musicians in all of Albion and were a must have for Uther's party. Made up of flute, fiddle, lute and lyre, the group play beautiful songs that tell stories of old without need for lyrics.
On the first night of the celebratory week, the troubadors set themselves up around a small campfire, inviting the passers by to join them, and listen to the beautiful music that their fingers played.
Feel free to continue this post in whichever way you wish! There is no limit on who can join and no rules, but remember to keep your posts reasonably short!

After a busy day at the Tavern- with the start of the King's birthday, Rebecca was glad to get away for a bit. While it had taken some arm twisting she was excited to be able to go listen to the Troubadors who were the best musicians in all of Albion. Although Rebecca had very little in the way of musical talent- not a lot of time to learn musical skills when you were running a tavern, she did enjoy listening and would sometimes sing to help pass the time.
With a shawl around her shoulders to ward off any chill that might creep in she sat around the fire listening to the troubadours songs. Each song they sang seemed to flow smoothly into the next and she couldn't help but find her foot tapping along to the music and her body swaying in time to the beat.
