Keleth had been training with the brotherhood for some time know and he was just now getting the hang out his dark magic though his trainer Rose told him he had lots to improve. It was dark out and he knew the gates would be closed so he had all night to practice to try to improve and be ready for his next training session with Rose. With one deep breath he closed his eyes and took another deep breath, "Darkness shed your light on once was lost, bring forth the dead that was once tossed." He spoke the words of a summoning spell as he rose his arms in the air. The wind grew stronger as Keleth spoke more words of the spell and soon the earth shook and cracked as the undead rose from their graves. Echos of their cries could be heard through out the graveyard, smiling Keleth now had to try to release them back into the ground. "Dead you are, Dead you shall, go back to once you were!" He shouted as he rose his hands back down. Screams were heard as the undead felt gravity pulling them back to the ground, yet one was able to with stand the pull and darted toward Keleth.

Chase flew towards the graveyard to see if Keleth would be there training. It had been several days since their meeting and Chase had finally decided to see if Keleth would be at the graveyard like he had said. He was slightly annoyed that he had to go out to find Keleth but something about the teen interested him. Keleth had the makings of a strong mage who might be useful against Dreamer. Anyway it would be worth it if Chase could get a connection with the Brotherhood.
Chase soared above the graveyard and watched as Keleth summoned several skeletons. Chase was slightly sceptical of the spell. He himself had never seen the use of undead creatures. There were so many more useful spells to learn. Apparently Keleth couldn't even control them as one of them started charging at the teen.
Chase took this opportunity to float down to the ground as he chanted, "Lawr" The skeleton froze in place before falling apart. "Well," Said Chase as he landed lightly on a gravestone, "I see your control hasn't gotten any better Keleth." His tone however showed that he was merely joking.

Rolling his eyes with a smile, he had total control he thought but Chase had to barge in and froze the charging skeleton. Laughing a bit he looked at Chase, "Well I have improved just i was testing summoning more than one creature and well only one escaped my spell. And i could have totally got rid of that skeleton before you barged in and froze it your self....Anyways Nice to see you here, I got news for you, but im not sure if i should tell you?" Keleth spoke to Chase with a smile and joking way. Chase was a decent friend, or is it a friend at all. Keleth could see that Chase was a good mage but was he could enough to be trusted. "Can I trust you chase? Because if you speak a word of this then your life could be in dangered! Do you hear me?" Keleth added on to what he was trying to say, it was true the Dark Brotherhood had been told not to tell much about them to anyone but Chase seemed like he could keep a secret.

Chase listened to Keleth's words with a slight smile on his face. More to placate Keleth then because he actually found it funny. However the second Keleth mentioned a secret Chase grew interested. He could guess what it was that Keleth was about to tell him and he desperately wanted information on the Brotherhood.
"I can keep a secret. Its not like I told anyone that you would be training here did I? And believe me I can take care of myself. Especially if this is about what I think its about." Chase said in his most reassuring tone. Hopefully Keleth would trust him. Information was power and the more Chase had the better chance he would become the greatest mage in the land.

Looking at Chase with a serious look, he kept fighting in his head if he should tell him or if shouldn't tell him but in the end he believed Chase that he could be trusted so he was going to tell him his secret. "I was accepted into the Brotherhood after I left the forest. I found from a source in the slums and was able to talk to their leader. So these several days I have been training hard and already moved up in rank. I'm also getting trained with Dark Magic." Keleth stared at Chase and told him his great and secret news, laying off the seriousness Keleth smiled at Chase. He could see them both being decent friends, both being dark mages who could stop them from being the best in this land. Then he thought to himself, merlin and the royal family it would only be a matter of time till they would find a way to take out them both. Sighing he ignored his quick plans that seemed to react fast in his head, "So maybe we could work together? Both being in the dark magic. I scratch your back your scratch mine. Partners in trade you can say. What do you say?" Keleth added an idea about being partners and that they could work together in the arts. Something told him that chase was already thinking the same thing but Keleth had to step up and ask him about it.

Chase pretended to consider Keleth's offer. He already knew what his answer was but he was going to see just how far he could push Keleth. "Well congratulations on the advancements. I think it would be great if we worked together. However I wouldn't call it a partnership. No offense but I have been doing this for a lot longer. But I do agree that a mutually beneficial agreement could be worked between us. I am sure that we both have information that the other could use."
Chase wondered how Keleth would react to Chase's declaration of being stronger. It was true but Chase wasn't sure whether Keleth would acknowledge it. If Keleth needed it Chase would be more then welcome to a little exhibition match just to show Keleth how much better he was.

It was good enough Keleth thought to have someone on the inside of the guild who works with the Royal family in a way. Looking at him he smiled but he hated the fact how Chase did rubbed it in that he was much better then him at the art but he let it go and kept smiling. "Well thank you. That is fine, a mutully beneficial agreement that we work together. Another idea how about we have a little battle between us, it would make me feel could to get some practice with another mage. Full out, hopefully we don't kill each other?" Keleth spoke as he brought up the idea about battling each other. Keleth was the underdog in this battle, he knew Chase was much skilled in magic but indeed Keleth himself was a decent mage. It would be nice to show him up with his magic but he wasn't making any guarantees it would happen.

Chase smiled when Keleth mentioned that he wanted to fight Chase. This would be the perfect opportunity to test his new spells against an opponent. And of course if Keleth's pride just happened to be destroyed along then way? Then all the better. It would be useful to make sure that Keleth had a healthy fear of Chase's power.
"Well of you insist I would be more then happy to participate in a little match." Chase said. "And don't worry I won't use any spells that I think might kill you." There was another reason Chase didn't want to use those spells. He didn't want to show Keleth some of his more complex spells that he had made up himself. Sure Keleth might be useful some day but Chase didn't want to give him too much power.
Chase gestured at Keleth to come at him. He would let Keleth have the first attack. For now Chase would just block Keleth's attacks and see how strong the teen really was.

Nodding with a smile Keleth would now feel the power of another dark mages, maybe he could learn something from him. Raising both of his hands, "Swords of poison leash your furry upon my enemy!" He whispered as soon a burst of purple spikes erupted from Keleth's hands and went toward Chase. The Furry of spikes were aiming toward Chase's whole body and not just one part of his body. Some went toward his head, arms, stomach, feet, ect. Raising his eyebrow seeing how Chase would protect himself from this he begin to create a defense spell, "Internal Darkness surround me as I speak, project the images I seek!" He spoke as he focused on this spell which was one of great complex which he had been focusing on for quite some time. A dark wave surrounded Keleth as it created 6 other Keleth. All 7 of them moved around and stopped in a line waiting for Chase's response.

Chase smiled as Keleth started the battle out with several poisonousness spikes of darkness. Not bad but Chase had learned that it was more effective to poison something tangible like a knife. That way it was harder to block with shields. He considered teleporting out of the way but decided to save that for later. "Tariannau bloc ymosodiad hwn marwol" He chanted as walls of darkness rose up all around him. The walls shook and broke apart as they blocked the purple darts. Chase had to admit he was impressed the darts were quite strong. Still they weren't at the level that he couldn't block them.
Chase continued watching Keleth as the teen caste an illusion so that their appeared to be seven of him. It would have been a smart move against anyone else but Chase also had elemental manipulation. Using wind he could discover which one held a real body in it. "Sul dolen edan" Chase chanted and a breeze flowed through the graveyard.
Chase sensed which of the illusions was actually real and immediately chanted "Parlysu cyllell" as he threw a knife at Keleth. The spell was a variation on the poison spell but wouldn't kill Keleth simply paralyse him. Chase watched for Keleth's reaction to his discovery and attack.

It seemed that Chase was one step ahead of him, using a breeze to discovery the real Keleth of the seven. He had to expect an attack was coming at any moment and as soon as he saw a knife was approaching he had to move quickly before he was stabbed. Rolling to the right he just dodged the knife in the nick of time. He felt the air brush against his face as he rolled toward the right of him. "Flames of Dark, destroy this mark!" He shouted as he pointed at Chase. Flames erupted from Keleth's hands, pure flames of darkness flew straight toward him. Soon the flames split up and circled Chase ignited the flames, which soon began to make them bigger. From Keleth's point of view he saw the flames make a circle around Chase and soon become bigger. Smiling he thought maybe a blind spell would make him a distraction before the flames hit. "Blindess surround my enemy", he shouted and a wave of darkness blasted through the dark flames toward Chase to blind his vision for a few minutes. Wondering Keleth though of his next move and how Chase would counter his attacks.

Chase watched as Keleth continued to attack him this time trying a combination of darkness and dark fire. Chase had to admit he was impressed, the teen was using great combinations against him. In fact Chase almost considered using his own brand of dark-fire against the fire Keleth had used. Chase's differed from Keleth's in that it was not simply darkness that took the form of fire. He created actual fire with his elemental skills and twisted it in the darkness making an abomination of the original fire that was incredibly strong. Still creating it used a lot of energy and Chase didn't want to tire himself out. His plan was to push Keleth to the limits of his strength and then take him out. Keleth should already be getting tired. Using so many spells got tiring. Especially since he had only been training for a couple of weeks at the most. Chase felt confident he could win this.
Chase brought himself back to the problem at hand, being blind and being surrounded by flames. luckily for him Keleth had forgotten to block the sky. "De" he murmured and flew up into the sky away from the flames. He was still blinded but he could tell the spell would wear off in a couple of seconds so he didn't bother trying to counter it. Calling out he said, "Is that all you've got Keleth? I expected more." Hopefully the insults would drive Keleth to use more difficult spells and drain his energy faster. Chase awaited Keleth's next attack as the blindness spell started wearing off.

Keleth could feel himself getting tired after each spell but he wanted to prove to Chase he was very good, but it seems like Chase knew what to expect. Then it hit him, was this what he wanted from him, to waste his energy in beginning and then once he has an opening take him out. Watching Chase carefully he notice he forgot to block the sky with the fire which lead an open for Chase, seeing how he could fly from magic. Annoyed with how he can simply out play him made Keleth a little angry but what could Keleth expect, Chase was a more powerful Mage then he was.
His favorite type of dark magic was summoning creatures to do his biding and knew that since Chase was in the air, it would be a good idea to send out a flying creature out. Like the one he happened to produced when he met chase. He knew once he would cast the summon spell he would be seriously tired and needed to rest for a moment. Hoping the summon would create enough distraction and offense for Keleth to gain some rest.
At this time he knew that his blindness would ware off shortly, so he had to act fast, "Pillars of Might, Twins of Darkness, Fly and prey on thy enemy!" Keleth whispered to himself as he began to concentrate very hard on this spell, though he could feel the toll of over doing himself very quickly. Soon in the air a burst of darkness spread into the air as two shadow figures sored the sky. Circling Chase there bodies began to form into a large black bird which looked similar to the phoenix he had summon when he first met chase. "Protect me and defend me my friends." Keleth spoke to himself as he fell to his knee to catch his breath and to rest a few moments before Chase could out smart him which he felt that he will soon. The two larger phoenixes circled around chase and soon opened their mouths and shot a dark flames at Chase.

Chase continued flying around waiting for the blindness spell to wear off. He could sense the magic flying around him and knew it would attack in a second. As his vision slowly cleared he looked around to see two dark phoenixes breathing fire upon him.
"Trafnidiaeth" He yelled and quickly teleported away from the attack. From there he considered how to deal with the phoenixes. He could probably use a spell to destroy them but doing so would take quite a bit of energy and would force Chase to reveal some of his more powerful spells which he didn't want to do.
Instead Chase decided that it had come time to attack Keleth directly. It was obvious that the teen was exhausted by summoning the creatures so now was the time to strike.
"Trafnidiaeth" Chase said as he teleported right next to Keleth. Then he followed it up by chanting "Gorfodi yn cysgu ar eich" It was a spell that would force sleep upon the teen. Chase but enough magic into the spell so that it should overcome any remaining magic Keleth still had. Hopefully Keleth falling asleep would cancel the summoning of the phoenixes but even if it didn't they wouldn't be able to attack him without also hurting their summoner which shouldn't be possible.

As Keleth began to rest he knew that Chase would come to attack him sooner or later so he had prepared a small spell if he did, though it wouldn't do much but it might catch Chase off guard. As he saw his two phoenixes in the air blowing fireing he quickly began to chant a few words, "Blades of Darkness appear and protect!" He spoke as a source of energy surrounded Keleth waiting for his trap to begin. Few seconds later he heard Chase chanting some spell toward him and from that moment he knew he spell would work. Sources of dark energy surrounded Chase as they formed into swords as they lunged at Chase. Though he wouldn't know his spell would work or not because he soon shut his eyes and fell to the ground as he began to sleep in slumber for rest. The two Dark Phoenixes flew into the air and yet they soon fell to the ground as they felt the magic being controlled by them stopped in sleep. So they soon shut their eyes in sleep and fell to the ground. Keleth began to struggle through the sleep, he didn't want to sleep he wanted to keep on fighting. If he doesn't wake up he would end up losing this fight and proving Chase he was weak. Fighting with all his might, forcing himself to let the dark magic control his body he opened his eyes. His eyes though it wasn't his precious green eyes, his eyes had changed colored to black. Looking at chase he stood up and saw the several swords just standing their in the air he motioned them toward chase. As they flew straight toward him they exploded on impact. The two phoenixes rose from slumber and floated back into the air, one of them picking up Keleth and allowing him onto his back. This fight was not over, but the only thing that was over was Keleth being able to control him self. Something he did while he was alseep which made him tap into his inner demon and lost control. What ever was on one of those phoenixes was not Keleth. (twist? )
