Isabelle breathed slowly, closed her eyes to concentrate and recited the spell quietly. She opened her deep brown eyes and pointed towards the fireplace. Instead of the fireplace lighting the curtain caught on fire. Isabelle gasped and ran over, throwing water on the flaming curtain. She groaned in dissatisfaction and leaned against the wall.
"I will never learn this spell," said Isabelle to the walls.
For three years Isabelle had been learning magic. Before she had someone teaching her but now they were gone. Now she was alone, reading from a huge text in her small room while being a maid for a self-centred lady named Morgana. That reminded Isabelle that she had to get to Lady Morgana and get her breakfast. Isabelle dried her hands on her dress and headed out of her room.

Dreamer had his hand raised to knock onto the door, when suddenly there was a girl walking right into him. He caught her arm before she fell and helped to steady her, as he apologized to her. "I'm sorry" he said, "But i heard a noise, and i just wanted to know if everyone was alright". Dreamer snuck a peak into the room, finding only a blackened curtain that had been doused in water. Obviously a simple mistake with a flame, quickly dealt with by the young woman in front of him.

"So sorry," said Isabelle as she pushed her hair behind her ear.
She quickly closed the door to make sure that the man didn't see the magic book, her room or the fire. Not a lot of people liked or knew about magic and the less they knew that she could do it was the better.
"Yes... I was making a fire and there was an accident," said Isabelle, "I do have to go though and tend to someone."

Dreamer didn't mind that the girl had closed the door behind her, as she moved forward, and tried to get away. He didn't know the cause of her hast, weather it was his presence or if it was the fact that she really did have someone to tend to. Either way, He couldn't let her go on without carrying for the wound he had noticed on her arm.
Dreamer caught her wrist for a moment, Keeping her from getting away. With the other hand, he embraced the pink burn on her arm, and began to sing the wound away.
"Little inconvenience, Little Harm, Little Pain, All gone, gone away"
There was no extravagance with this spell, it was too small to have needed any. One moment, the burn was there, and the next it was gone. Dreamer figured that the woman had either wanted to keep her pain a secret, in an attempt to get away quick. That, or she had simply not noticed it yet. Either way, the harm was ridden of, and they could both go on their way.
"Have a nice day, miss" Dreamer said, letting her get back to what she was in such a hurry to do. Run away, or tend to another. Either task could now be done painlessly. He began to turn away when she....

Isabelle called out to him, "Wait a moment."
She walked over to him and looked at her arm. The burn was definitely gone and she did notice it but couldn't heal it in front of him. He didn't look like a wizard. Actually Isabelle thought it was a woman when she first saw him.
"You... you used magic," whispered Isabelle, "So you of course know what I really did in my room?"

The woman called to him, and he turned out of courtesy. She approached him, looking at the exposed part of her arm, the one he had healed. She looked from the wound back to Dreamer with a questioning gaze, although she already had the answer. "You...you used Magic!" she said, "So, you of course know what i really did in my room?".
Dreamer had honestly not connected magic with the seemingly every-day occurrence. The woman's admittance changed his mind. "I did...and it seems i do" Dreamer said, turning himself to face the woman fully now. He moved his hair aside for a moment, exposing both his eyes, as he looked at the woman up and down for a moment, he defiantly did not recognize her. Which meant he could assume she was not apart of the guild. She was a servant in the castle, a servant without proper training.
"May i have the pleasure of knowing your name?" Dreamer asked, not wanting to seem rude. He did just inspect her from head to toe without even a single word.

The man looked her up and down. Isabelle did the same thing. She was knew so she didn't know everyone. Only two people. Lady Le Faye and Gwen. Isabelle was nervous, what if this person was an evil wizard or someone who would tell King Uther about her. No he wasn't evil. No one would or could do that.
"If you are wondering I was training before my... master was killed," said Isabelle, sadness in her eyes, "Now I am teaching myself. It's the only thing I can do. You probably think I am quite silly."
Now he would laugh at her.

"You've accomplished more than most do on their own", Dreamer said. Dreamer wasn't laughing, he was actually quiet serious. He was thinking about what he should do with the young woman now. She obviously needed help, and he wasn't about to let an untrained mage wonder the castle. The most dangerous kind of mage was the one without knowledge, no understanding of their capabilities or limits, and no control over the tilde wave of power running threw them. "Do you have any interest in joining the Mage Guild?" Dreamer asked. The woman needed assistance with her magic, the easiest option was the guild.

"Are you interested in joining the Mages Guild?" asked Dreamer.
Isabelle shook her head. She didn't want attention and plus she was doing fine... sort of. Isabelle smiled and curtsied before heading down the hall since she was late to serve Lady Le Faye, hoping he wouldn't follow.
"Thank you," called Isabelle, "I don't think so though."

Dreamer smirked as the woman turned to walk away, he found the attempt amusing. Dreamer was not going to let a rogue mage wander free in the castle. She could lose control at any time, she was a danger to herself and others. Choice, the woman had one, it was just more limited then she believed.
He wanted to get his point across, so Dreamer muttered a spell under his breath. The verses were small and quiet, so he was able to disappear into a shadow. In the span of a single blink, Dreamer was right in front of the woman. He wasn't playing any games.
"As Mage Guild Represenative of the courts of Camelot, as appointed by Uther Pendragon, i offer you two options", the title still felt as awkward as it used to Dreamer. "Join the Mages Guild, train under the guidance they have to offer". He let her consider that option for a moment before he said, "Or... Become my apprentice, and train under my guidance".

Isabelle just wanted to get away from him when he appeared before her like a shadow. She stopped and tried to get by but he wouldn’t let her pass. She sighed and crossed her arms. He was amusing at first but now he was annoying. He explained that she had two choices; be taught by the guild or by himself. That wasn’t really a choice. Isabelle liked using magic and it wasn’t like she would kill anyone and become queen. She wanted to use magic to help people and the maybe the world.
“Please do not back me into a corner,” said Isabelle, “Do I have to join the Mages’ Guild? I would never harm anyone with my magic.”

“Please do not back me into a corner...“Do I have to join the Mages’ Guild? I would never harm anyone with my magic.”
She had crossed her arms defiantly, so he had reflected the action. He watched her as she attempted to avoid the options she had placed infront of him, but he would now be moved. Dreamer knew of the power, and how alluring it's call was. She would get more powerful, the magic growing, and there was nothing to assure him that she would be strong enough to resist.
Nothing
"No, you dont have to join the guild" he said, "I gave you another option". He moved closer to the woman, so that they could better look into eachother's eyes. He moved his hair aside so that she could see his golden eyes stare back into her's, it may help to persuade. "You dont understand the power that you have at your fingertips, and how strong it can be...one moment your in control.." Dreamer said, stopping for a moment, as if looking back to a distant memory, "...Your standing over the body of another, not sure of either of you will get out of their alive, Not sure if you can control whats coming".
Dreamer let the message hang in the air before he took a respective step back, "Choose" he said.

Isabelle may of been naive but she knew what he was talking about. Every time she used magic she felt a great feeling and when it was gone she felt empty. It was like a drug, which was why she tried using magic for anything and everything. She sighed and looked into his eyes, glad he was going to help her.
"I understand. I've felt what you're speaking of," replied Isabelle, "It feels like a drug and I feel empty when I don't use magic." She backed away, "I want to be taught by the guild. I want all the help I can get to control my powers."

Dreamer just stared back at her for a moment before he nodded and withdrew himself as well. He had done his job, so he could settle down now. He listened as she confirmed what he had said, in a sense, and agreed that she needed help. He felt somewhat disappointed though, a slight tug at the heartstrings as she basically denied his proposition. It seemed he wanted more companionship than he was willing to admit.
"Good" he said, thinking for a moment. Before the silence brought too much awkwardness he said, "You never offered me your name?".

Isabelle felt a sort of sadness when she decided on the guild. Maybe he needed company and it would be weird with many people who all had different ideas. Maybe it would be better training with one person. He asked her what her name was. He would need to know it if she started training.
“Isabelle Hart sir,” She replied as she curtsied, “And I’ve changed my mind. I would rather be taught by you.”
She hoped that it would make him happy and it would probably be best. Isabelle didn’t know who was in the guild so they were probably strange people and old men and no women. She wished she still had the person who taught her, she was kind and it brought sadness to her eyes thinking about it.
