Dante felt himself beginning to part from this world. He stood up and faced the Prince. "Good. I shall hold you to your word, Arthur Pendragon." He said and gripped his hand. He heard a noise like a strong gale, but only he could hear it. It was the sound of his spirit returning to the realm of the dead. His body seemed to blow away like dust in a strong wind, starting with his feet and quickly working its way up his body. His hand disappeared out of Arthur's. He smiled to Arthur and said "Good luck m..."

He was cut short as the last bit of him was swept away, leaving Arthur alone in the clearing.

Arthur felt his hand gripped as Dantesmiled and began to speak, but before he had managed to get the words out the man had left him. Alone.

The prince wasn't sure whether to be relieved or dismayd by Dante's disappearance but he knew that he felt much more at ease with himself now that the pair had spoken. He still had much to do to repent for his actions, but he thought he could sleep at night now.

Tomorrow he would try to find Evie, and make his peace.
