Felicity closed her eyes again, doing as she did before but with more feeling and now had the addition of the flame in her mind. Focus, Focus, Focus. Felicity focused with all of the brain power she could manage and took in a deep breath.
"Flamma." she said in a soft voice, not feeling the flame quite yet. Felicity had to try several times. She was sure that Legend was getting irritated with the time she was stealing from his afternoon, but she was not read to give up.
If she could do magic, she would finally have a purpose. She wanted to have something special about herself. Even if it would go against the belief of her gaurdians.
"Ignis... she whispered, feeling her hand grow slightly warmer. She slowly opened her hand and her eyes grew wide. She did it! She actually managed it! The flame was gone almost instantly because she was too excited to keep it there with the concentration that was straying away.
"Oh, Legend! I did it!" Felicity threw her arms around her friend with glee. "Thank you! Thank you!"
Felicity released him quickly, looking ashamed of herself for attacking him like that, but the smile stayed on her face.
"You don't know how much this means to me." she told him in a calmer voice, "I will be forever grateful."

Felicity turned scarlotte at Lady Ravens words. She had not expected such a question to pop up. Felicity had no romance in her life and doubted it would ever happen.
Felicty wasn't a bad looking girl, but her social skills were quite awkward so she doubted that any man would ever fall in love with her. She'd never expected it to happen, but was alright with that. Servants weren't supposed to be in love with anyone. They had to focus on their jobs and that was how it should be.
Legend was a great guy. The best friend she ever had and she hardly knew him apart from little run ins and that day in the woods. He was too good for her, though. He deserved a more civilized girl. Not a little servant.
"Um, no we're not." she said to Lady Raven, still red in the face. "He's a very good friend of mine."

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Sir Lancelot." Felicity said to him with polite smile, "I've certainly heard a lot about you."
She smiled at Legends introduction. She was pleased to be surrounded by friends on such a special day. She hoped that Lady Raven and Legend would get along.
"Hello, Legend." she said to him with a beam on her face.

Felicity closed her eyes and did as Legend instructed. She had a difficult time, trying to erase all sounds from her mind. She couldn't distract herself completely. The sounds around her continued to envade her mind.
She listened to Legend speak, trying to make his voice sound far away as he told her too. This was trickier than it sounded. Was it possible that she would be able to learn? Legend seemed to think so.
Felicity took a few minutes to finally clear her mind. She allowed each sound to roll over in her mind, makign herself unaware of them before softly whispering, "Inferno."

"I'm Felicity Wood. Nice to meet you." Felicity said to Keleth. She was generally a friendly person and liked meeting new people. It wasn't often that she did meet others.
Felicity laughed at the little boy as he took off. She was pleased to see that his brother was back. The two seemed very close. Felicity wished that she had a sibling or two, unfortunately she was an only child, though.
Felicity's mother had only wanted one. She prefered a son, as most women did, but wasn't going to try having anymore after Felicity. One was good enough for her.
Felicity looked at Keleth with a grin. "You'd better go catch him." she said in a teasing voice, "Unless he's too fast for you."

Felicity perked up. She culd not believe her ears. Was it possible that she was able to learn magic without being born with it? Felicity felt hope rising. She had always had a secret desire to learn magic.
"Could you really?"she questioned, excitement rising within her. "That would be....amazing."

"I'm afraid I haven't, M'Lady." she responded. "I'm sure he'll turn up in no time, though. He is the love of your life after all." Felicity found the relationship between Lady Silvester and Lancelot incredibly romantic and wondered if she would ever experience the thing called love. It didn't seem likely. She was only a servant after all. Not that she minded too much. She had friends and that would be good enough for her. Speaking of friends, Felicity spotted Legend and gave him a wave, smiling. She hoped he would come over and join them in conversation, for he was an interesting person to talk to. She had not expected him to show up, but was pleased. He was a pleasant person and the two had had an exellent encounter once when she was in the forest. He'd saved her from a terrible creature and for that she would be forever grateful.
Felicity looked around for Lancelot. She wanted Lady Raven to have a perfect day and it would not be complete without her Knight and father of her unborn child. She did not see him yet.
"Lady Raven....I was wondering when I was to present my gift to you?" she was not sure and felt silly for not knowing. "Oh, and would you like to meet a friend of mine. He's over there all alone and I'm sure he'd like to meet you."

Felicity looked at Legend with interest. His life did seem very amazing. At least he had something going for him. Felicity would die a lonsome servant. Yes, she loved her job. She was grateful for what she had, but sometimes she desired something more.
"Thats great." she told him,"I wish I'd have been lucky enough to be born with magic. Then again, my mother would throw a fit, probablt give me up. She....Isn't fond of sorcery. She doesn't trust it. Niether does my grandmother. They think it's dangerous. I don't understand why, though. Honestly, It's accepted now. I do wish they would just get over their fear and trust that it can be used for good."

Felicity was very excited about Lady Raven Silvesters birthday. Excitement was all about and she could hardly contain her excitement. She held the stone in her hand. She had spend months and months artistically carving Lady Ravens name into it so that it looked decent.
The young servant girl also had some beautiful flowers that she'd picked. Bright and colorful they were. Blues, yellows, reds, and purples. Felicity hopd that her gifts would be good enough. She wished that she had a lot of money to spend. Then she could have gotten something better.
Felicity spotted the beautiful Lady Raven Silvester and smiled. She made her way over to her and offered the flowers. The dress that Raven wore was so elegant and stunning. Felicty didn't own nice dresses such as this and was always amazed to see the vivid colors and detail put into the noble womens.
"For you, M'lady. Happy birthday." Felicity was not quite sure if she was supposed to present the stone yet, so she held it tight in her hand.

Felicity looked at the man before her and smiled. She was relieved that he came to retrieve his lost little brother. She was really starting to get worried that nobody was actually with the young and innocent child.
"Oh, what a relief!" she said to the man and his little brother. "You ought to keep a better eye on him. You know children, they're very curious and love to wander off. I'd know, I once was one!" she said lightheartedly, but secretly mortified by the awkward behavior that she always presented while meeting new people.
"Of course....we were ALL children once....Except my grandmother, I don't think she was ever a child. She is so humorless, You know." Felicty turned scarlatte, embarrassed by her rambleing. "Sorry....I'm Felicity Wood."

"Well, Lady Raven gave me a little while to go out and enjoy myself." Felicity responded, "She's a wonderful friend. Do you know her?"
Felicity wondered if Legend and Lady Raven were friends as well. That would be interesting. Felicity was really glad that she was able to spend this time with Legend because not many people cared to talk to a simple servant girl like herself. She didn't have too many friends.
Felicity looked down at the ground, loving the feeling of being so high up in the tree. It was amazing, the feeling.
"So, you know magic? Were you born with it or what? I've never known exactly how it worked. Do you just learn it?"
Felicity hoped that her new friend wouldn't think that she was stupid for not knowing this information. It's just that her mother was against the art of magic. She thought that it was dangerous. Felicity wasn't even allowed to speak of it back at home.

It had been a while since Felicity had last climbed a tree. She missed it dearly, but was told by so many adults that ladies her age should not do that sort of thing. Well, what they didn't know wouldn't hurt them.
"I love this tree." she sighed, "I've always wondered what it would be like to climb it."
So, she did. Felicity climbed up with some difficulty, but made it onto the strong branch that held Legend. She gave him a smile, looking up at the green leaves.
"It's so nice..." she said to him. "Getting to just act free, no orders. Don't get me wrong, I adore Lady Raven, but it's nice to just be myself."

Felicity let out a gasp, her memory returning as he spoke. Yes, THAT was it! She could not believe that she had forgotten! It was all coming back to her now. She gave Legend a smile.
"Oh! Right! Lillian was there! It was by the river! I remember now!" How could she have forgotten? "I cannot believe that I didn't reconize you sooner, Legend."
The Phantom had been so angry when his massk was removed.
"Weren't you the one who removed the make?" she asked him, "Or was that Chase?"
Felicity couldn't remember who it was because the event had occured so long ago and she mainly recalled the rage that the Phantom displayed that day.

"Well, of course you have parents." she told him with a little laughter, but her face softened quickly. "Do you not live with them? Perhaps you have another gaurdian looking after you? Surely you're not here alone...."
Felicty felt concern for the young child, and gave him a sympathtic look. She hoped that he was with somebody. She detested the thought of a child so young being abandoned or something.
"Are you lost?" she asked him, think that that must be what he meant.

"No problem at all." Felicty looked the boy over. He seemed frightened. Being a lonely little boy in the market all by himself, he must be. Felicity looked around, perhaps there were people with him. His mother and father might just be buying something. Or perhaps he was lost.
"Do you need help finding your parents?" she questioned him in a kind voice. Her mother had brought her up to have decent manners, so she couldn't help but to offer him this. Besidse, he was a cute little child and she would never release her guilt if she simply left him all alone with no assistance. "I could help you if you'd like...."
