"No need to apologize, I understand perfectly," Legend said, sitting up and looking over at Felicity, his smile was shy but his eyes showed love, he hoped she saw it, but then again he wanted it go away. He continued to smile as he lay down again with a yawn. Oh how he was tired. He yawned again and then closed his eyes, sleep washing over him.
(oh man I got a great idea!)

"Yes, I know how you must feel," said Legend, his voice faraway. He yawned and leaned back, he stared at the sky. He said, "But what if there is something more to all this that we don't know about?" He propped himself up on his elbows and went on, curios, "I mean what if Raven did something to Lancelot a long time ago. I mean it could make sense..." Then he felt ashamed that he was standing up for Lancelot, "I mean, oh never mind, I was just thinking aloud."

"Actually," Legend grinned, "There is." He looked at a rock and said, "Muto sato." The rock bulged then transformed into a plant. "How was that, lovely?" Legend asked, hoping she'd be impressed. He said, "What were you thinking of switching?" He loved it when she blushed, she looked so sweetly innocent. He couldn't resist and waved a hand making a daisy appear in her hair. He smiled shyly, his eyes showing affection.

This is my post for castor.
Legend stalked around the tree, it had been sometime since he’d tried to get something not animate to be animate. This was the first time he was going to try it on a tree. "Animo arbor nation.” Legend was quite disappointed when nothing happened, he didn’t even feel the energy of his magic flow through him. He frowned and waved his right hand in front of the tree and said, "Animo arbor natio.” Again nothing happened. “Curse it!” Legend snapped to himself, releasing the anger inside him. This anger was not just toward the tree but toward Timothy Redfield, who Legend believed was in love with Felicity Wood, who he, himself loved. Legend shouted at the tree, "Animo arbor natio!” This time Legend felt a rush of power that knocked him from his feet, but not before hitting the tree full force. Legend’s head had snapped back at hit a rock. His vision blurred and for a moment the world swam before his eyes, spinning around and around, making the young teen dizzy. “Ugh…” he groaned and propped himself up with his elbows, feeling the wet blood on his hand that was clutching the back of his head. He looked up and saw the tree rushing towards him. His eyes grew wide and he rolled to the side, barely avoiding the falling tree. "Sano,” Legend said in a whispering voice, touching his hand to the back of his head. The wound, however big it was, Legend didn’t know, closed and he no longer felt lightheaded. He gazed down at the fallen tree and sighed. How could I have been so stupid!? He asked himself with shame. He kneeled down and put both his hands on the tree, "Sano.” Nothing happened. Again he tried, "Sano.” When nothing happened again Legend sat back and felt increasingly bad. Suddenly something smacked him. He jumped back in surprise and fright. The tree was beginning to stand up, and on the trunk there were two eyes and a mouth and a crooked nose. “Yahoo!” Legend cried jumping up in the air, a triumphant smile on his face. But that soon disappeared when the tree turned toward him, its eyes holding one emotion. That emotion made Legend turn and start running. The tree’s eyes held fury, and Legend was quite afraid. He kept whispering, “Oh dear, don’t let me die today! Not before I tell Felicity the truth!” He passed a creek and shouted out, his hand pointing at it, "Animo aqua lupus” A watery wolf climbed out of the water and stood by Legend as he turned to meet the tree. As soon as the sky blue wolf saw the tree, it whined then turned and ran. “What, no!?” cried Legend, turning as he watched it disappear into the underbrush. “Some help that was,” he muttered turning back to the tree. The tree looked down at him, its eyes raging with anger. It raised a branch and slapped him across the face, rather hard. Legend went flying he hit into another tree, and fell to the ground. He had to find some way to inanimate it, but he didn’t know how, he knew the wolf would be water again by now, so why wasn’t the tree? Legend looked around for something, anything, he could use against the killer tree. It was almost upon him when he thought of an idea. "Animo aqua paries parietis,” he said, and a wall formed out of water in front of the tree. Legend wasted no time running to grab two sticks. He put a pile of dried grass around the stick and rubbed them together. Oh how he wished he knew how to make fire with magic. He looked up as the tree tried to push through the barrier. He knew he only had moments before the wall became water once more. Then a tiny spark lit up the grass and Legend smiled slightly. He grabbed a branch and fed the fire onto it. He stomped out the rest of it on the ground and then held his torch high as the water wall fell away. The tree walked forward and Legend threw the branch with the fire. The tree caught and it screamed. Its scream was slightly human sounding and Legend covered his ears, but it didn’t help. He ducked as it blew apart, pieces of fiery bark and leaves raining down upon him. Seeing that he’d done enough damage for one day, Legend turned and ran from the forest, hoping that his magic would not cause a forest fire. Fortunately for him, it didn’t. Legend stayed away from the forest for the rest of the week.

"I'm not lying to you, beautiful," Legend said with a shy smile. "I think you have a beautiful voice." He said and then sat beside her. He stared into the fire and then back at her. He didn't say anything for a moment then he said, "Yes, that was quite awful. Poor Raven. I always thought Lancelot was loyal..but I'm having second thoughts." He loved her, he still new that. He wanted to tell her. But he didn't know how. He smiled at her and wanted to tell her all of it. But he didn't. He just smiled at her.

Legend ran over to Felicity. He came to stand by her he leaned in and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. Then he stood back and said, "Sorry I'm late." He noticed the flame in her hand and beamed, "Congratulations!" "What would you like to learn about today, lovely Felicity?" he asked. He sat down and looked at her and smiled, her loved looking at her face that he said was beautiful. He waited for her answer, a smile on his face. His hazel eyes locked on her.

Legend smiled at her. "Actually I did, and it was one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard." He beamed. "I mean it." He took her hand and whispered, "Ignis" A small flame appeared, and then grew slightly bigger. He removed his hand and the flame stayed. He smiled at her. He wanted to do something but he didn't know how to. He wanted to tell her something but he didn't know how to. He wanted to ask her something but he didn't know how to. He wanted to kiss her but he was afraid she'd hate him. He wanted to tell her he loved her but he was afraid she'd would love him. he wanted to ask her if she loved him but he was afraid she didn't feel the same way. So he just sat there staring into her eyes that seemed the most beautiful thing in the whole world to him.

Legend caught Felicity's eye and smiled at her to show her that her apology had been accepted. He looked at Lancelot, and then at Raven. He'd seen them kiss, then he'd seen Lancelot with Morgana. Perhaps there was something between the sister of Arthur Pendragon and the knight. He seriously hoped not and on poor Raven's birthday too. He felt bad for her if that was the case.

Legend couldn't stop a laugh. After a moment of struggling to control it he spoke, "I am deeply sorry dear Felicity, but somehow that struck me as funny." He smiled his eyes grinning at her. He wished he could just throw his arms around her and embrace her. He would, but he didn't have the courage at the moment. Instead he waved a hand and a small crackiling fire came alight on the ground. It was to help dry Felicity up when she got out of the river. "Here," he said holding out his hand, "let me help you up."

Legend was startled when the two hellhounds stood by Raven's side. He shook his head in amazement, he'd heard that they were vicious creatures, Raven must have trained them. Either that or the things he'd heard about them were wrong. He had no clue what was happening, but he saw that Felicity was involved and he wanted to help because of that. But he didn't know how.

Legend felt so very confused. He looked at Morgana and tried to get the cenection between her, Lancelot, Felicity and Raven. it didn't fit. He sighed and just stuck to sitting in that chair of his. He leaned back and closed his eyes very unsure of what he was doing. He thought and he pondered. He couldn't think of anything so in the end he just gave up and let his mind wander.

Legend watched her, a smile on his face. He loved her. That was that. There was nothing that could stop him from loving her. He heard her saying the incantation of inferno and shook his head slightly. He whispered, "Ignis" and his voice floated through on the gentle wind. He was trying to remind her that the spell that brought fire to her hand wasn't inferno but ignis. He hoped he wouldn't frighten her. Then he stepped out and said, "Hello Felicity."

Legend looked at Lady Raven and then at Felicity. He didn't quite understand what was going on. He wished he could help, but he didn't know what to do. He sighed, feeling a little glum. He went over to a chair and sat down just staring of into the deep space, shutting off all the other noises.

Legend looked at her in surprise. She didn't love TImothy? At first he was deeply confused then all his confusion vanished and when he arms were thrown around him he put his around her and hugged her to him. He didn't know what to say. So he just leaned down and gently gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. "Felicity...." he paused. "I don't know what to say, that I'm sorry that I acted like a jerk? That doesn't really help does it?" He laughed quietly. "I just thought that you two were together the way he looked at you and you him. I guess I was just afraid that you didn't love me. Like I do you." He beamed at her and then looked back at Timothy. "I do believe that I have something to say to him." He looked at Felicity a smile on his face then walked over to Timothy. "I'm deeply sorry for my rude, uncalled for, behavior. Perhaps you could accept my apology?" Then he said, "So, is that pint of yours still an option?" He grinned slightly.

Legend looked at her and brushed the tears angrily away. He didn't meet her eyes. The tears kept coming. He said, his voice choked, "Felicity..." He didn't want to go on, but then he did. He tried to speak but a lump prevented him from doing what he wanted. He tried again, this time he said, "Felicity....I think....I know...I, I love you." Then the anger attacked him. He said angrily, "But you don't do you? You love that...that....that Inn Keeper! Your too good for me, I know that. I don't care that you love him...but i do care."
